Meeting Facilities
Oregon State University's beautiful campus contains a variety of meeting facilities. With over 80,000 square feet of meeting space, Oregon State University is one of the largest conference settings in a collegiate setting. Physically joined by a covered walkway, the CH2M HILL Alumni Center and the LaSells Stewart Center provide the meeting space available to OSU guests. Together, they offer a 7,000-square-foot ballroom, 1,200 seat auditorium, two boardrooms and more than a dozen breakout rooms plus various other multi-purpose spaces. Stylishly completing OSU's conference facilities, the on-campus Hilton Garden Inn headquarter hotel provides luxurious accommodations for attendees.

Other meeting spaces include the historic Memorial Union building, Peavy Lodge, Valley Football Center, Reser Stadium, Gill Coliseum, Milam Auditorium, Gilfillan Auditorium, and classrooms.
