Our team at Conference Services works closely with campus venues to host and produce conferences and events. We can work with you to book campus venues or you may book directly on your own.
Dedicated Conference Space on Campus: The LaSells Stewart Center and CH2M HILL Alumni Center are venues dedicated to host conferences, meetings, symposia, lectures, lunches, dinners or whatever type of event you are organizing. Together these venues are called The OSU Conference Center. You can rent these venues together or separately, based on your needs.
A beautiful 40,000 square foot meeting and conference facility comprised of the 7,000 square foot Cascade Ballroom, multiple breakout rooms, and a striking foyer perfect for groups of any size.
A state-of-the-art performing arts and event center, featuring the 1,200-seat Austin Auditorium, the Giustina Art Gallery, a 200-seat lecture hall, multiple breakout rooms, and additional conference spaces.
Department classrooms are managed directly by the department that has charge of the room.
