Oregon State University and Conference Services have multiple resources to guide your conference toward a robust virtual format. One of the most common and accessible forums for virtual meetings is the Zoom Meeting and Webinar platforms. Conference Services can work with your team to implement a conference schedule utilizing the Zoom technology for controlled plenary sessions, virtual round tables, congruent breakouts and virtual poster sessions that attendees, speakers and presenters to have a dynamic conference experience remotely.

The Conference Services’ team is able to help with pre-recording and formatting speaker presentations and organizing submitted research posters for a streamlined transition into a virtual format. Moderated Q&A options are possible for direct interaction between presenters and attendees to allow for compelling content and effective engagement.
